🫖 How to Brew

Classic cup (black):

• Water temperature: Freshly boiled (100°C)
• Steep time: 3–4 minutes
• Add milk and sugar to taste

Indian-style chai (with milk):

• Simmer the tea bag in a mix of water and milk (50/50) for 2–3 minutes
• Add sugar to taste — a pinch of cardamom or ginger takes it to the next level
• Tip: This tea is robust enough to hold its own against strong spices — perfect for masala chai
