☕ Tasting Notes
- Aroma: Warm and malty with the classic Darjeeling muscatel grape note
- Flavour: Smooth, full-bodied, and invigorating with a clean finish
- Colour: Rich amber in the cup
- Best enjoyed: With or without milk — versatile enough for any preference
🫖 How to Brew
- Water temperature: Freshly boiled (100°C)
- Steep time: 3–4 minutes
- With milk: A splash of milk brings out the malty depth beautifully
- Tip: Don’t over-steep — 4 minutes is the sweet spot for Darjeeling; beyond that it can turn slightly astringent
